1. A Man Called Satan
I am Michael. Before Earth is going to join the Space Union, I have something to reveal you. It is a person you are calling "Satan." The name Satan has been used as a representative of the demons. I would like you know about his real figure.
Satan is a name of him who was born to the earth last time. His real name is Luci. A thing I want to reveal before any thing else is that God didn't create the spirit of Luci originally to be that of the Devil. The spirit of Luci is by all means a child of God. It is an indispensable spirit God created with love being put in.
I would like you please know why he happened to be called the Devil. I have to let you know what he has been thinking about both the spirit of Luci and the Devil.
Even now, Luci has been looking for the state of the ground, holding his breath from deep under ground. He has been aiming for the realization of his desire.
Do you understand what Luci is actually aiming for?
That is the ruin of Earth's people by the nuclear war eventually.
On Earth, still there are struggles between many different religions, or religious sects even in the same religion. Each of the Earth's people still has been fighting for their own interests. There shouldn't have been borders on the ground inherently. But the borders have been drawn by their own willingness of people living on Earth, and territorial issues have been smoldering here and there all over the world. Such collisions soon are escalated to larger wars worldwide, eventually entering into a war that will use nuclear weapons. Luci has been wanting this to happen.
What happens when a nuclear war happens at on a worldwide scale?
It will lead us to fatal damage so that the earth people could not recover again at all. Many people died, saying, "God hasn't saved us. There is no God." Many people have gone to dead cursing God. Luci is aiming at this exactly.
In Hell, God's light has been shuttered, so only the source of the energy for the ill spirits is the ill-thoughts of the humans on the ground. They approach the humans on the ground based on the Law of Vibration Sympathy, and steal their living energy.
When all the people on the ground die, their energy source will run out too. Then, why does Luci want such a situation where he himself runs into danger?
Cancer cells have a feature of increasing unlimitedly. They continue to increase finally the person of cancer dies. After all, the person dies and as a result the nutrition is not being provided, which causes the death of the cancer cells themselves. In spite of the coming death of themselves, they never stop their increase.
Are the demons in Hell aiming in the final end to be like the cancer cells that deprive his life at the end? Is it such silly Luci?
Archangel Michael
Michael is one of the seven great angels on the upper Eighth Dimension in the spiritual world. At the same time, as the top of Archangels in the entire spiritual world of earth, he takes command and leads the progress of the Earth together with the Ninth dimension great guiding spirits such as El-Ranty and others.
Around the 17th century BC, Michael transmigrated as Apollo, the son of Zeus in Greece and preached the Divine Law to the public in Greece. He was also born as "Kamimusubi no kami" in Japan, who was one of the Zokasanshin (Three Gods of Creation), 2800 years ago and took the reign of Tokuchi government. Furthermore, Michael was reborn as prophet Amos in Israel. After that, he transmigrated again as Martin Luther, a religious reformer in Germany in 1483 and made the origin of Protestant Christianity.
Having a role as commander of angels to defeat devils in heaven, Archangel Michael defeated the fallen angel Lucifel (Satan) and confined him in hell about 120 million years ago. Michael is also called the Guardian of Law.

Lucifer
Its predecessor was Lucifer, one of the seven archangels, a being in the highest stage of the eighth dimension.
He was an angel with greater knowledge than anyone else, but about 120 million years ago, when he was reincarnated on earth under the name of Satan, he chose a path that went against love. He is currently in the depths of hell and is plotting various schemes to confuse the people on earth.
However, all souls are separated from God, and Lucifer is originally a child of God just like us.

Chapter Seven - A Man Who Wanted to Be a God
2. An Angel of Intellect Born
Luci was created as a spirit of a superior in intellect. He is one of the spirits created in the earliest stage as human spirits. Among the attributes of God, he possesses a superior faculty, especially with regards to creation. In intellect and power of creation, there was no other spirit superior to him. He had a strong confidence in his own intellect and power of creation.
Luci had been watching for what God Aum was performing fixedly. He had been concentrated on that very carefully, on the point at which to "invoke" the power of creation. Observing it with full concentration for a while, he thought he got the tricks. Imitating that, he got a feeling he could do it by himself. Practicing several times, he became able to make various things. He got the power of the creation of bigger ones gradually. At last, he had mastered the secret of the creation power of God. He obtained the secrecy of the invocation of the Power of Creation, which has not known to the other people than God Himself.
He became enraptured. He thought he would be praised by God, because he got a very big power. He was expecting God to tell him "Luci, How good of you to get such a splendid power! It is you who are the most honorable son of mine!"
But God didn't praise Luci. God is the energy of love, so He invoked the Power of Creation in order to express the love.
However, there is not a wish of love in Luci's invocation of the Power of Creation. There was no wish to save many of the people, and it was the invocation of the power of creation in order only to display his own power. He was displaying his power to be beloved by God. Luci was proud of himself, saying, "God, as your son, I have obtained the power like this."
But God just said to Luci simply, "I am loving you." Luci murmured, "God should have praised me. Why did He not praise me?" He convinced that there was no reason for being beloved, unless he was praised. He thought he would be praised when he made more, and he showed more massive works readily.
Although God did not praise Luci, the surrounding people were surprised by that. Some of them said, "A splendid power! Why can Luci do of this kind of thing? Luci is exactly the angel nearest to God." Another person appended "He must possess a power equal to that of God." The other insisted "Yes, His potential might even exceed that of God." Many praises had been raised here and there.
Luci responded to the surroundings, "It's not only for me. You can do it when you want. All you have to do is just exhibit the power of creation given by God. That is the matter God really wishes. This is because the same free will that God possesses has been given to humans, and it is permitted to display the power of creation freely as God."
Actually, he could make a planet from the interstellar materials in the entire universe. Being impressed by the power of that degree, in some sense, it was inevitable that some persons came to believe, "This person might become a God really." To that extent, his power was enormous. Around Luci, ones who adored him gradually increased.
3. The League of Planets
This occurred at a time far before the people appeared in Earth. At the time, in the Aum universe, there was the League of Planets which bound peoples together by love and friendship. The level of science was very high on the planets that belonged to the League of Planets. It was far more advanced in all the fields than those found on Earth. Planets attained to particular level had been bound by the League of Planets, and the people had been living cordially. There was a council constituted as the representatives of the planets that belonged to the League. But, among the council, the adherents of Luci increased.
Of course, not all the members of the council have become the adherents of Luci. I myself was warning loudly, "What Luci is talking about is wrong. Don't be deceived. God isn't saying such sorts. Free wills and the power of creation are only a mean to express the love. When you use the power in the direction against God, the terrible reaction would be coming back."
There were persons who agreed with me. But, those surrounding Luci had become fascinated by him. Moreover, he possessed a faculty to persuade the people skillfully. Facing his power and hearing him, people came to believe him. Some of them even said, "If he is wrong, why God have given him such outrageous power. The person who possesses of this kind can't be wrong."
Luci had become elated by his own power. He was thinking to create a galaxy which he could rule by himself.
He invited others, saying, "Let's bring the power together and create a galaxy." They were his supporters in the council. Luci felt unpleasant to the people who opposed him. He was aiming the deposing of persons who were opposing him.
He sowed the seeds of distrust in the League of Planets originally bound by the trust. He made the people be broken by saying something that had no basis in fact. Since he told a lie very smartly, all got to believe him. Originally most people were innocent who cannot doubt anyone, so they swallowed it as it was.
This caused a serious crack in the league. It was disrupted to the parties, one agreed with Luci and the others opposed Luci. Luci's group were going to form a Orion League. They began to move towards the creation of their own universe by bringing their power together.
The true galaxy which God had created was born from the united Yin and Yang energy in the overwhelming wish of love.
However, the galaxy which Luci's had created was incomplete, although there were stellar stars and planets as their appearance. There lacked the wishes of love. He created a creature like a human, but it was something like a clone that does not possess his own will. He fully controlled those incomplete humans as he wanted. It was Luci who ruled the incomplete galaxy created by himself. He again was proud and said, "What do you think? I possess this kind of power."
4. A Grand Cosmic War
Although it was, of course, far before the humans had appeared in Earth, among all over the Aum universe, planets with a high civilization of a particular degree were split into two groups: one is for Luci and another against Luci. There were some planets the whole of which were on the side of Luci.
Distrust had been spread in the League of Planets, and a situation developed in which a war was caused at last. That was a result Luci himself had been intending. He lost his head over his power and considered power to be everything. He thought, "I shall ruin who are not going to be on my side."
A big war happened by breaking the League of Planets into two, who had been very intimate with each other. The trigger of the war was Luci. The war might be called the "Orion War," named after the league on Luci's side. The name Orion does not have any relation to the planet Orion, from which many people came to Earth. Orion is also the name of the region of the universe.
After all, a great war had been fought on a stage of the Aum universe. It was a war between the people on God's side attaching importance to love and the allied force on Luci's side. Be-Elda of my mother planet was, of course, on God's side, and I had been fighting against Luci as a commander.
The war had continued for a long time. Luci attacked us by using a lot of the clone humans he made. We had resisted as far as possible, being united as one. We must not fail as the side of God. Powers of either side are almost balanced, and any one of them could win.
After all, our side was a little bit superior to Luci's side, so we could win the war. As the power of Luci was enormous, finally it became a single combat between Luci and me. The energy wave emitted by Luci was so strong, but I barely won the battle against Luci because I was holding the sword of Excalibur.
It was a sword given by a divine spirit of the higher dimension, and it could conceal the energy. The sword had been possesses by a couple of noted high spirits all over the Aum universe. After traveling around those persons, the sword was in my hand at that time. Once it had been in the hand of Maitreya of Orion. By the power of the sword, I could conceal the energy wave of Luci.
After the war, there was a trial at the council of the League of Planets. Luci and his men had been taken to the court, and it was decided that Luci's galaxy was be destroyed. The League of Planets was dissolved and the Space Union was built instead with a wish that no more mistakes be repeated.
The problem was what to do with Luci. If any planet had taken responsibility for Luci, it would be troublesome for the planet. No planet would want to take charge of this too dangerous man. But, on the other hand, there is a guideline of God Aum that even any spirit of any kind shall never been erased. Someone have to take responsibility for him. It was hard to reach a conclusion.
At that point, "I will take." Offered El-Ranty of Be-Elda. By those words, it was decided. Everybody heaved a sigh of relief, as they were released from this tough duty.
5. At Be-Elda
At that time, El-Ranty was one of the famous leaders in Be-Elda.
Although he was a leader of the science field, he had been insisting the compatibility of the science and the religion, and there was revealed a serious mismatched against the other leaders. This was the time when a plan of immigration to a new planet Earth was revealed. In the beginning, the people of Be-Elda were opposing against a plan to take responsibility for Luci.
Everybody was opposed and said, "if we were to take such a dangerous man, it would be definitely cause disorder. The peace and order of Be-Elda would be confused."
El-Ranty asked Ninth Dimension of Earth about this matter.
Ninth Dimensions of Earth were four at that time. Buddha, Amor, Selabim and Moses.
To the request of El-Ranty, "I want to take Luci with me. What do you think about this matter?", the four were in silence dazing to each other. Of course, everybody knows about Luci very well. Though nobody said anything about this matter, the four thought about the same thing. It was stated "When we are going to make a new start as Earth-oriented humans, is it really all right to include such a dangerous person?" No one can say "yes" with confidence. They were in trouble.
At the moment, Terra as an Earth Spirit said, "Interesting, lets take him." Gaia appended "If Earth had not taken him, what planet took care of Luci? Shall we accept?" As Earth Spirits declared "yes," there was no reason for the objection. Ninth Dimensions sent a response to El-Ranty, "You are welcome to take Luci."
Receiving the positive response from Earth, El-Ranty was pleased. Actually, he offered to the council to accept Luci after confirming the response. He was expecting Luci's mind would change and move back to the children of God by going to a new environment Earth. El-Ranty could not give up Luci. Actually, if El-Ranty had not taken him, Luci would be given up to anybody in the universe.
Leaders of Be-Elda compromised, "If you take Luci with you, we may accept Luci for a while before you leave." Luci and his several followers were accepted in Be-Elda.
El-Ranty thought He wanted Luci to get back a tender mind as a child of God. He thought it was best for Luci to be born on the ground and really feel what the love of a family is. Hence, before leaving for Earth, he made up his mind to have a physical body as a family. At that time, I was born to be a younger brother of Luci as a twin, and started a life as the son of El-Ranty.
El-Ranty raised the two of us impartially with love. Growing up, Luci began to show the superiority in intellect, as well as the tenderness helping other people. He was a person of tenderness as well. For me, I was a typical hot-blooded man who can't stop saving when I saw a weak man. We became very intimate brothers who recognized the strong points in each other.
6. Archangel Lucifel
The time had come at last to depart to Earth.
El-Ranty had to lead 60 million peoples. Our brothers worked hard helping and cooperating to load cargo to the spaceships. After departing, there appeared persons who got tired or came to dislike each other, because the journey was very long, lasting 10 years. Encouraging those peoples, our brothers did the good work deserved as a son of El-Ranty.
Since we came to Earth, Luci had been working hard to prepare the Earth's environment for a while. Since he had been excellent, he achieved a splendid result when he exhibited his original power. When anybody was in trouble, he found the solution and informed it to the person. Seeing such figure, I felt relieved.
I couldn't let Luci out of my sight. I have been watching him always for the case when his savagery might come back. I was not ordered to do so by El-Ranty. As my own mission, I took charge of it.
Luci had been approved by his achievement to devote to earth, later he was entitled with Archangel Lucifel as one of seven great angels.
It was deservedly when we consider his faculty. I told to Luci "Congratulations!" Luci smiled to me with joy. For me, I was given the position of the top of Archangels. Though I feel most honored, I really feel the responsibility of that, rather than feeling glad.
Since then Luci was born two times on Earth.
He came back to heaven without any problem after each of the two. El-Ranty always took care of him from his heart, wishing him to come back to the original child of God. I had the same mind as El-Ranty, and always supported and encouraged him. Surely I had thought in my mind that Luci should be all right so far as I was watching him.
It was still a hard age for the Earth's environment, and there was no spare time to consider excessive matters. This might have worked better to him. That period was a time when we had been cooperating and going forward step by step, encouraging each other somehow to survive in the Earth. Meeting our expectation, he served others so hard without a thought for himself.
7. The Third Birth on Earth
After a while, a lot of people flied to Earth from the other planets.
No problems occurred when Orion's people immigrated to Earth. There is not so much distance between Orion and Be-Elda. Although they seem to be very far from each other, Orion is just a neighbor of us Be-Elda, from our feeling. Levels of the culture are also very close to each other. Orion is a planet of art, while Be-Elda is a planet of science. Just looking, there is no coincidence between the two.
But, on the level over a particular standard, the relation of art and science could be said to be that of brothers. Even on Earth, you could understand the feeling when you have reached a particular level, both in science and art.
After the immigration from Pegasus, a subtle change had occurred in Luci.
Differing from the immigrants of coming earlier, they were mostly behaving in a rather freewheeling atmosphere. Looking over those people, a subtle shadow dwelled in Luci's eyes. I hadn't overlooked that change. Something that had been asleep in his mind had been awakened. Though it was not a good example, it was similar to the situation that a recovered drug addict looks at a current addict and recalls the feeling he once forgot.
I told Luci "No, you must be serious. You are an honorable Archangel Lucifel, aren't you? You must not be defeated by such a matter." I shouted to him, shaking his shoulders. He responded, "No problem, I won't lose. No problem." But his eyes were wandering without gazing at me.
A place was spreading that was being shuttered by God light in the lower order spiritual region.
In the beginning, it was a vast clouded sky, gradually shape of the cloud became clear and it got dark. At last, Hell had been formed. As spirits had been increased by Paitron, the tendency had been magnified significantly.
In order to stop the enlargement of Hell, someone had to go to the ground to guide the people properly. Somebody had to take this mission. In Ninth Dimension, it was discussed who should go.
El-Ranty proposed, "I wish Luci shall go." El-Ranty told Luci, "By any mean, anyhow you do your best, and fulfilled the mission and come back here." Luci told, "Sure."
El-Ranty wished in mind "Please Luci, by fulfilling the mission, show us you are all right." However, there was still some concern in the back of his mind. El-Ranty ought not to have overlooked the change that appeared in Luci. Intending Luci to get over the problem, he gave this mission.
His decision was a bet. El-Ranty's proposal was approved and Luci was being sent to the ground. All Ninth Dimensions were supporting.
About 120 million years ago, Luci was born as a prince of some country in the Middle East.
His name was Satan. Still the science had not been developed yet, and the level of intellect of humans was not high. At that time the existence of oil was not known. Black fluid flowed out from the underground, but they didn't know what that was. But Luci perceived the nature of the fluid immediately. He thought, "This can be used." He utilized "firing black fluid" in the war against the other country.
He dug ditches on all sides of the ground and permeated oils there. In the battle against the enemy, he lured the enemy to the inside of the enclosure. When all of the enemy came in the enclosure, he set the oil on fire. He took the approach that all of the enemy was being destroyed by the burning.
The people of other countries could not find his tricks of oil. They thought it was magic because there occurred pillars of fire. He became to be feared as "a man who can deal with magical powers like God." Forces of Satan conquered other countries one by one. He committed all manner of evil in the conquered countries, as well as slaughter and plunder.
Look over the figure of Luci, El-Ranty warned time after time. Sometimes, make large warning words be appeared in the sky "Satan, Reconsider. Your mission is to keep peace as a child of God." However, his mind never changed.
Luci couldn't be left as he was. Finally El-Ranty ordered me "Go down to the ground, and stop Luci's ambition.
8. Enlargement of Hell
I was born when Satan was 30 years old. In my early ages, I carried a country on my shoulder, and I had seen through Satan's trick. "The pillar of fire wasn't magic. You have to see that well. That was oil that was burning. Throw dirt over the fire. Don't pour water. Dirt and Dirt." ordered I. As soldiers had done so, fires went out rapidly.
I declared "Look, don't be afraid of anything. Satan was just using a trick. He had nothing like the power of God. " My forces had broken the Satan's forces one by one. Eventually I ran him down, and terminated his life of this ground.
After that, quite casually Satan was going up to the original spiritual region where he had stayed before.
It was impossible for a person who committed all manner of evil to run up to heaven. It should be impossible by the Law of Vibration Sympathy.
But, possessing such power as Satan, he could do that by concentrating the energy of will. He was going up to the Eighth and even to the Ninth Dimension, mowing down the angels of light. He thought everybody had less power than him. Actually, nobody could stop him.
Satan was always saying "I want to become God.
I want to become God." When he was saying so, the God he was thinking of was El-Ranty. Especially El-Ranty was his target among the Ninth Dimensions. In his mind he was thinking, "I am stronger than anyone else. I possess more power than El-Ranty. I will prove I am being an existence beyond El-Ranty. For that purpose, I have to defeat El-Ranty." So he always regarded El-Ranty as an enemy.
When Satan ran up to heaven, a person who struck him down and concealed him in Hell was me. Why I had such power was because I possessed the sword of Excalibur. It is impossible to conceal the power of Satan unless the sword of Excalibur was used. By that, Satan was confined to exist beneath Hell. Satan disliked me as well as El-Ranty, but that was because he bore ill will against me for being confined to Hell.
You might wonder why I could fight in heaven while I struck down Satan on the ground. I myself am a soul of the upper Eight Dimension, and when a soul like me is born to the ground, the amount of the energy is only a small part of the whole energy.
Most of the energy of the soul remains in heaven. It has been working as the remaining energy in heaven. So, this is the reason why I could use the sword of Excalibur.
The soul of Luci itself is also originally an enormous energy entity. The energy born as Satan was a very small part of his whole energy. When Satan ended his life on the ground, his remaining energy in heaven had been absorbed in the energy entity that dwelled in the body in the ground. The amount of energy of Luci itself is considerably larger, and this whole energy runs up to heaven actually. This is the figure of Luci at this time.
Therefore, I have concealed the whole energy of Luci to Hell by the sword of Excalibur. In that sense, it was very natural that Luci had enlarged his territory in Hell since then.
The Luci's followers since Orion Wars who came to Earth with Luci followed him to Hell. Actually, Luci has been making the power larger using those men. After all, Luci had become Emperor Lucifer reigning over Hell.
The followers of the past have been on a rampage as Devils. Of course, they had been angels of light. Since they possess considerable powers originally, they could exhibit the power even when they were in Hell. They were really pitiful men who could not make proper decisions owing to their strong affection for Luci and hence being overwhelmed by those emotions.
9. Effect to the Three Dimensional World
Hell is close to this world, three dimensional in its location. After Luci began to reign Hell, the effect to the ground surely increased. Luci himself indeed had been originally called an angel of intellect, so he has the superior skill of seeing through the weak points of the human mind lived on the ground. He finds out the point of target immediately and orders to his followers, what part is to be attacked in order to let him fall. After Luci became the emperor of the daemon realm, the number of people that have gone to Hell after death has increased.
Considering the situation to be serious, Ninth Dimensions concluded to perform the Three Proposals of Amor. It was a desperate last resort, in some sense. It is quite easy for Luci to let a person fall when his spiritual path is open. A person who has no experience of battling against ill spirits easily became possessed and began falling. It was as easy as anything for Luci.
So, only the professionals called the fighter lineage should work with the open- spiritual-path, who have been experienced battles against ill spirits and possess close familiarities with their attack patterns. I had been thinking so, I agreed fully "basically to inhibit to open the spiritual path."
After Luci became the emperor of Hell, life on the ground became so severe. The matter which had been a mere subtle thing might be developed to unimaginably serious and enormous badness. By the Law of Vibration Sympathy, ill spirits are attracted and they made the people become more inclined toward the bad direction. It cannot be stopped unless the person is held on that point and prompted to reconsider.
His guarding spirit is sending him an inspiration as hard as he can, but he cannot change the orbit unless he becomes aware of it. In some sense, it can be regarded that the Earth people have been trained hard by Luci. A very tiny point is found by Luci, and he is attacked through that point. When he stays in heaven, he could be aware of such a small matter, but it shall be revealed when he lives on the ground.
El-Ranty always says, "It is not enough for humans to be effected by such matters." I think so too. There is no planet other than Earth where the effect of Hell is so strong as this way.
Actually, there are aliens who come to this planet to experience this effect of Hell and to train themselves.
10. Rise and Fall of Civilizations
Up until now, several Ninth Dimensions are being in charge, and guiding the people on the invocation of civilization. Most of the recent civilizations are ruined after 10 thousands years from its invocation by a sudden natural disaster.
Ninth Dimensions never planned such a disaster. When the civilization becomes fully matured, the ill thoughts of the people on the ground have been accumulated. So the ill energy covering Earth has to be removed in the form of a natural disaster. Otherwise, the ill energy becomes like disease and it weakens the Earth Spirit.
Up to Gondowana civilization, one civilization lasts from several thousands years to a million years.
Those civilizations were not affected by Hell so much. They are primitive and calm.
When the level of civilization gets higher, it becomes materially rich. That means the attachment to the materials grows to the extent of being disconnected from the spiritual region. Humans forget the true entity of a human is a child of God. It is amplified. A spirit who died continuing the adherence to the ground comes close to the people on the ground by Law of Vibration Sympathy and is drawn into Hell by possessing him.
Lemuria Civilization is the one remained in the alien's memory at the most among the civilization risen on Earth. Actually, some of the people have achieved the ascension in the civilization.
Do you understand why they can go to the level?
Of course, it was the due to the Ninth Dimension, who were in charge. But that was not all. We cannot miss the point that the civilization was pursued from the field of art. As you know, Luci is superior in intellect, and possessed enormous power. But art is a field in which Luci cannot go close based on the Law of Vibration Sympathy. Hence, it could suppress the effect of Luci at a minimum.
The reason why Lemuria Continent sank is because they were drunk with the joy of the arts, making the Mu a colony and the people into salves. When they only were pursuing the art purely, such a result would not be induced.
Later on, either in Mu or Atlantis civilization, Luci's influence became higher in those last stages, and they were gone to the deuce. Especially in Atlantis, either in science and in spirituality, they were far advanced from the present civilization. Even though, they fell in Luci's trap, it became just as Luci wanted, and finally it sank into the sea.
"Why hasn't Earth ever made the shift-up?" or "Being guided by splendid Ninth Dimensions, Why?" asked the aliens sometimes.
There is decisive difference between their planets and Earth.
That is they don't have Luci. They forgot that point.
"Without Luci, Earth could have done it already." The space angels of the Space Union who have been looking over Earth are saying so. They know very well how powerful Luci's power is.
11. A Man Starving for Love
Why does Luci interfere with the shift up of Earth so relentlessly?
Luci is always thinking that he wants to be recognized by God.
He is appealing to God, "I who you created have so much power like this. Why don't you recognize me? And God's answer is, "I don't recognize you in that direction." Luci is always appealing, "I want to be recognized. I want to loved." Though God loves Luci, Luci doesn't understand it.
"I want to be recognized, but I am not recognized. I want to beloved, but I am not beloved. Then I will mash all of them." So Luci is rebelling. "Want to beloved, so beloved." So it is a figure of Luci who is making up to God of Father, and using violence against others because he cannot do as he likes.
There are young men who use violence, but actually they want to be loved, or they refuse to go out and end up beating their parents. A figure of those young men is quite similar to that of Luci. There are young men who kill their parents at the end of the domestic violence. "I want to beloved. But, It couldn't be going well as I want. In that case, I will kill them." This is a short-cut way of thinking.
But this is made by Luci according to the Law of Vibration Sympathy. Of course, since it is the Law of Vibration Sympathy, the primary responsibility must be in the person who emits the thought first.

Luci did not come to Earth as he wanted.
He was bound to the bottom of Hell in a planet outlying in the universe.
Earth is like a prison for him in some sense.

12. With Luci
Luci strongly wishes that the Earth people create a nuclear war.
Actually, he has been preparing to let people do so step by step. When there are no people on Earth, there is no object to absorb the life energy. But for Luci, that is not the problem at all. If he can get out of his prison called Earth, he can do anything. He expects Earth will become like Maldec. Dreaming that Earth will be broken to pieces, Luci has been maneuvering.
However, after getting out of Earth, where will Luci going? There is no planet that will accept Luci even if we look for all over the universe.
Is he going to be alone in a desolate planet without any life? He never understands how thankful he should for being accepted in Earth with a lot of lives.
If he were in a lonely place all by himself, there would not have been any salvation. As Earth Spirit had accepted, he could be here. The thankfulness is not understood by him.
If Earth Spirit were saying, "Get out of here", we have to look for the other place that would take Luci with me.
El-Ranty is eligible to be the Tenth Dimension of Planet Consciousness. But, why El-Ranty still stays in Ninth Dimension is because the matter of Luci weighs on his mind, as well as he really likes humans. He cannot become a planet consciousness leaving Luci as it is.
Me too. I couldn't abandon him. Even Luci was in such a figure, I couldn't hate him. So, I have been continuing the calling to Luci, praying he will come back to our world and take a first step forward being the child of God, modestly.
All the other Ninth Dimensions have been waiting for Luci, feeling that "When he comes back, I will embrace him fully." Even for a spirit as Luci, to continue to wait believing in the divinity that dwells in the spirit, that is the very figure of God.
I feel from my heart really sorry for the people of Earth because Luci has gotten all of you into trouble.
This Michael's heart is filled with the full of regret. However, I would like you to wait a little bit more. Somehow, I think I will make a shift up with Luci and be born to a planet of love, Earth.
If it have not been achieved, I have to bring the last party to the other planet, because we could not bother you anymore. I have determined this so.
