About three hundred and sixty-five million years ago, he came flying over to the earth from the planet Be-Elda, leading his party of approximately sixty million people.

He hasn't had a physical body on the ground for a long time, until he was born as Shinji Takahashi in Japan in order to teach the Divine Truth.
Now, he is the one most in charge of "the third project" on the Heaven's side.
Chapter Twelve - A Shift Up Project of Earth
1. Prayers of All Ninth Dimensions
My name is El-Ranty.
On the final chapter of this book, I myself would like to explain an Earth shift up project on this occasion.
I flew to Earth from Be-Elda 365 million years ago bringing about 60 million peoples. After that, lots of time had been consumed to create a human body to adapt to the environment of Earth.
Owing to the devoted cooperation of not only our Be-Elda people, but other Ninth Dimensions of course, and aliens, we had managed to make a body to be able to survive the severe environment of those ages. Their tremendous hardship has been already shown in the earlier chapters.
I have been wishing the people originated from various roots joined to this project and shared a common perception as all being the children of God and wished to go to the next step, and I have been guiding you in an overwhelmingly long flow of time. Certainly, like other Ninth dimensions I have never gone down and directly guided you. However, I have been involved in every step of your Earth people up until now.
In this shift up project built in Japan, it was, of course, decided from the beginning that Buddha finally went down and took charge of the project.
Truly, Moses was presumed to be born in Japan in advance of Buddha. As once he had shown the miracle of breaking the Red Sea into two halves when he escaped from Egypt, Moses was this time presumed to teach a law in Japan centering on performing "Gensho - visible phenomenon on the spiritual basis." Even if science is the one being developed in about 100 years, we presumed that many of people would be fascinated by the science, and they became to believe there was not what you couldn't see and the material is everything.
So, by showing visible spiritual phenomenon, Moses was presumed to show the people that there exists a world the people can't see. After that, Buddha was going to talk about a new law towards the coming cosmic age. We set such a contingency project. However, immediately before the execution, the project of Moses going down was changed.
At the last stage of Edo feudal period, there was a crisis that Japan was going to be a colony of foreign countries. To manage this situation, in the spiritual region we called heroes who are proud of their powers and leadership. You could not have known it, but we assembled the greatest heroes and fighters all over the worlds.
There gathered such splendid persons that no one could have ever imagined. Watching as they were going down to the ground for their lives, I have felt myself I could not just watch them without doing anything in the Ninth Dimension. At last I decided I shall go down too.
The last stage cannot be altered and it should be left to Buddha who has been taking care of Earth since the earliest times.
So I asked Moses to swap his turn with me so I could be born in Japan. Yes, this is the first time to be born with a body to the ground since when I came to this project from Be-Elda with my physical body. I really want to succeed this shift up project by all means.
Do you understand this feeling of mine? It is not only my feeling. It is the feeling of all the Ninth Dimensions and Earth Spirits, as well as of the aliens, who had been expecting.
This project of Earth has been attracting the attention of the whole Aum universe. Of course, not all the people in the universe are praying for the success of this project. There are some people who think it can't be successful. Some of them are watching us with curiosity. There are various points of view. But our project certainly has been attracting the attention all over the universe. It is so big project.
2. Century of Wars
Though we had been concerned about the last days of the Tokugawa feudal and how it was going, we managed to overcome the difficulty.
At that time, some of those who went down to Japan were killed in their youth, but they really devoted their lives to the future of Japan. Owing to their efforts, a country of Japan could have rapidly changed to a modern nation after that. It has absorbed and caught up with the advanced sciences and technologies of the world.
Of course, heaven had been supporting Japan as well. This is because Japan had to become a top class country by the end of the twentieth century, even in the field of economics. Even if Buddha preaches a law in a developing country, it could not be spread among the world.
This time, rapidly a law must be spread all over the world. In order to propagate the law effectively within a limited time, it should be emitted from a country that was developed enough. The reason why the Internet has been developed rapidly in the late twenty century is because it is a result of being guided by heaven to deliver the information quickly to the world.
Since the nineteen century to the first half of the twenty century, wars were repeated throughout the world. Two of the worldwide wars have been experienced. Clearly speaking, these wars are not performed based on the intention of heaven. We never have supported specific countries.
In spite of the science being developed considerably, when the perception of humans remained low, in any of planet in the universe, the science shall be applied to the military more and more. Considering it as a mean of making the country rich, rulers tend to commit to extending their military force. When defeated, the loss should be enormous. So it is inevitable that they make a great effort not to be defeated.
But a war is a war.
No matter how you explain, it is inherently the foolishness of humans.
It never ends until humans really recognize their foolishness.
It could be said to any planet in the universe.
As an actual problem, when people are in a stage fighting a war on the ground, there is a case heaven supports one of the sides. In the case there is a possibility of fatal damage to the future of the earth itself when a particular side wins the war, the support of heaven would be inevitable.
There exist local gods also in particular nations or areas respectively. In contrary to us who are managing the central administration to guide the earth from the cosmic standpoint, the local gods are delegating the guide of the local region of the earth. When a war happens, they are supporting their own race and country, because that is their role.
Japanese rulers proceeded with a policy based on the slogan, "a rich country with a strong army." No one could stop it. Unless they had an army, it would be invaded by the foreign countries and easily made into a colony. It was quite natural to become armed, when such a situation was seen in their surroundings. It might be inevitable to have an army to defend themselves in the immature stage of the civilization.
However, an offensive war is different and prompts rulers to go back out to attack. When possessing an army, stupid people think they want to use it. Repeating once more, a war is made by the stupidity and freedom of wills of humans, and heaven never guide a war.
After World War I, the Japanese rulers continued the reinforcement of the military force. They believed and had no doubt that the country is developed and people become rich by winning the wars. Even if someone had doubts against it, not one could stop the flows on the ground. After all, Japan had entered into World War II, which was getting bogged down.
Between World War I and II, I was born in a local city of Japan. Besides knowing very well the times were moving toward a miserable war, I was born in Japan. I thought it was not bad to experience the war, and to feel the stupidity and misery of a war by myself. And to be born before Buddha and to hand over to him, there was no choice actually other than to be born in that period.
Even if a Ninth Dimension is born to the ground, he does not start to teach with being awakened from the beginning. He grows up like the usual people experiencing joy, agony, and suffering as a human. Unless he has those experiences, he could not teach a law convincingly. Experiencing various matters, he has been gradually awakening to his mission.
The Ninth Dimensions, once he is standing on the ground, has spiritual experience since his childhood. It is a transaction from heaven to let him recall the mission gradually. While I have had such an experience, it is important to have an experience as a usual person. I thought otherwise I couldn't obtain such a chance, so I was going to have an experience of war as a mere soldier.
3. Problems of a Nuclear Weapon
A planet faces a serious crisis when the level of science exceeds the degree of spiritual awakening of a human.
Earth has faced such situation in this civilization. The Earth people have discovered the nuclear power. There was no civilization that had ever discovered the nuclear power before. It was the situation we had been concerned about. Heaven, of course, had not guided the Earth to such direction. However, the people on the ground have noticed that he could exhibit enormous energy more than they had imagine by utilizing the nuclear energy to the weapon.
At the end of this civilization, it was presumed to some degree to have come to such a situation, by the reason of developing science rapidly.
However, there is a considerable distance between the development of a nuclear weapon and its actual use. Of course, the Ninth Dimensions considered it is inevitable for the immature human to develop a nuclear weapon, but wished not to use the weapon actually to kill an enormous number of people.
At the last stage of the World War II, they had entered in a competitive race for the development of nuclear weapon in both sides of the Allies and the Axis. The dictators of German and Italy were under the control of Daemon of Luci's sub. There were ones who had been controlled by Daemon in the militarists of Japan too. If the Axis side had in advance succeeded in the development of nuclear weapons and began to use them, an awful future would be waiting for us.
You know about the planet Maldec. When both sides made war using nuclear weapons, Earth would face the same end as Maldec. We have to get rid of such a situation. At the World War II, heaven supported the Allies side. Because it was understood that the earth would have gone to the worst direction when the Axis side had wan the war.
After all, the Allies got the weapons in advance. When time passed as it was, the Axis could get the weapon too, and we might have had the chance to face the worst case.
In heaven, an emergent council was called centering on the attending of the Ninth Dimensions. How can we get rid of the worst situation? For that, in what kind of style shall we allow this war to be ended? Various things were discussed.
It concluded that the war should be ended by the Allies dropping the bomb on some country of the Axis in order to avoid the worst case that both sides would mutually use the bombs. The problem is which country of the Axis should take the role.
Guiding spirits of all the countries were called also. All of the members know fully how it would be disastrous when the bomb was dropped. They are the spirits who have been guarding the people of their own country since long before. None of them could say, "My country shall take the role."
There had been a long silence. But we had to make a conclusion. The Ninth Dimensions knew the conclusion. The conclusion is one. It was a bitter role, but I spoke.
"I would like to owe this role to Japan. I know it was bitter. But, there is no country that can own this role other than Japan.
Japan is a country in which Buddha emits a law to all over the world. For that purpose, you have been guarding your country since the ancient age. Hence, I dare to ask you.
The one who can appeal the misery of nuclear weapon to the world convincingly, and who can propose the elimination of nuclear weapons till the end of time, is the bombed country that experienced the misery. As it is a country in which Buddha emitted the law to the world, I am asking you though I know the bitterness."
Hearing this in silence, Amaterasu said, "I understand. I shall take the role." After that, the first atomic bomb ever in Earth was dropped at Hiroshima. The next was to Nagasaki.
When the scene like a picture of Hell came true, its misery had touched to our hearts anew. Spirits in heaven had nothing to do except to just watch it with tears. Actually, a third bomb was planned that was going to be dropped on another city of Japan, but the gods of Japanese Shinto opposed it, saying, "That should be enough." So, the war had been ended with the third bomb not dropped.
4. Faith of Japanese
World War II was terminated by the unconditional surrender of Japan.
After that, Japan has been rebuilt from the burnt ground splendidly. As the Japan had been developed rapidly after opening the country at the end of the Edo feudal period, this time Japanese had shown the reviving from the bottom. At a speed that was surprising to as the other countries, Japan overtook and passed them up.
This time heaven supported Japan fully. It was certain that many of splendid persons were made to be born to Japan. Development of science and economic prosperity are indispensable for heaven, so they had support.
There is one thing which Japanese Shinto's gods had been grieving. It is that the Japanese people had lost the faith after the war. They have been cultivating carefully the faith that was dropped off from the mind of Japanese people.
The Ninth Dimensions also sensed it. Although he had been in the supporting side in this civilization, Zoroaster, who had been guided the desert people, had been grieving "I haven't ever seen such people who don't have faith in our history."
As Japanese Shinto's gods are being analyzed, we could view the situation, saying, "Are they the people who deny all and throw away what they have been believing, and go on towards atheism, by just a reason that we had been defeated by the war. Certainly the Japanese nationality of being united as one and moving toward a goal straightforwardly once being believed was a threat to the western countries. Being defeated by the war, all of them have been cut away beautifully."
Only, the receptive capacity of various things is the inherent property of Japanese. It is a fact that Japanese Shinto's gods have been growing them up so far. By the reason of that property, Buddhism, Confucianism, and further Christianity have been able to be rooted in the Japanese mind. So it can view simply the people had accepted the atheism.
However, before I myself was born I had not imagined that atheism had become this overgrown. Though heaven guides the people on the ground, they could not go as heaven is intending, since those people possess freedom of wills.
5. Centering Visible Phenomena
In Japan where the atheism was becoming overgrown, I taught, "Visible worlds are not everything. There is an invisible world called "that world." The real figure of a human is a spirit invisible to the physical eyes, and all spirits possess eternal lives. A spirit possessing eternal life is coming and going between this world and that world."
I taught to the people the existence of that world by showing various visible phenomena. Since there was no other person than me who talk about such matters, many people gathered around me soon. I have taught a Hell spirit possesses by the law of vibration sympathy showing real examples. Actually, many of them might come to see the show of visible spiritual phenomena. However, even though, I believe I could show you, at least, that there is certainly an invisible world.
I taught there is a past life by telling the name of each of your past life. At that time, the one who served as my guiding spirit was mainly Morya. For Morya, the past name of each person was not important. Actually, Morya was guiding me by answering roughly. Even if a spirit sends a message through a person, it does not mean it is the spirit being from his past life. But, occasionally I had told them so.
For the spirits in heaven, the past names are not important. The importance lies in how he can serve now, and there is no person who holds on his past name firmly.
However, there were people on the ground who cared too much about the past name; that is, he relies on only the name and its reputation. Most of the past lives I had identified were wrong. I will admit it. But, if the name is a famous one, it should be all right to make effort considering, as expressed in the saying, "To make more effort, in order to live up to the name". But actually it hasn't become so.
Most of the people satisfied were with the name and fell in overconfidence. The surrounding people become to regard such existence, and the situation became worse. Watching such figures of the people on the ground, we decide not to reveal the past name except for in the particular cases. But that was the case since I came back to heaven.
Immediately before I finished my life at the age 48, I was informed my true figure by my guiding spirit. There was a time I thought I was Buddha, because Buddha of the age of India came out to me. The true figure had not been noticed so easily. I thought I wanted to talk more about a law in this world. A passion to save people had been sprung out.
But my Guiding spirit told me, "Never do too much. You must not teach too many laws." Even if I had promised such a thing before I was born, once born to here, it is difficult to remember. But actually I made sure with Morya when I was born: "I would like you suppress me, because Buddha comes after me."
This life of mine was the role of a herald of Buddha. It was a role of creating a stir in the world where a storm of materialism and scientism is blowing. In that sense, I think I have achieved this to some degree. But, it was sad to see my grown up disciples had started to struggle and scatter after I came back.
I admitted I was confused at the last of my life. But I hadn't expected my disciples had been scattering in such a way. I cannot deny there was some problem in my guidance.
It was big what I have obtained in this life. Up until now, I have been guiding from heaven identifying myself as Yahweh or Allah, like a god. This time I could guide the people directly by the name of Shinji Takahashi . I could plant to the people my personality through books and videos. That means it has become able to guide you by this personality. Though it was a life born as a herald of Buddha, it was the most important to obtain the personality of Shinji Takahashi.
I couldn't specify my successor clearly at the last of my life of Shinji Takahashi. That might have confused my disciples. I am sorry. This rescue of the world was planned that I performed as a herald first and then Buddha came to preach an intrinsic law intensively. Both two, I Shinji Takahashi being in heaven and Buddha being on the ground, take hands to guide the people on the ground. That was the basic and original plan of heaven.
6. Buddha on the Ground
There has not ever been a case when two of Ninth Dimensions were born to the ground in the same time. In this civilization, we have made it. And to the same country. By this fact, you could understand how the country of Japan was regarded to be an important place. Regrettably, I haven't had a chance to meet him. And, many of Japanese haven't been aware of the gravity of the matter.
Even though, Buddha on the ground had been awakened to his mission when he was young. So many human spirits had sent messages to him. It was more than it had ever been. He had been responding to that very well. Because there was not enough time, heaven might have made him be hasty so that many of the people on the ground were to move earlier. No matter what happens never be in a hurry. But, Buddha on the ground had been desperate to propagate the law all over the world sooner.
Once born to the ground, even a Ninth Dimension is just a human. If he had been born in much more religious environment, he wouldn't have become such a figure. Though it was the environment he had chosen, it was regrettable. Even if a Ninth Dimension is born to the ground, the amount of energy that can be put in a single body is limited. There is also a limitation to the power of the perception. I have realized that when I had been born actually.
Most of the energy of the Ninth Dimension is left in heaven.
Buddha had misunderstood that he possessed more power of perception than any spirits of heaven by the reason that he had been delegated to the final part of the rescue plan. There were various factors. In the beginning, he received a message from Shinji Takahashi in heaven, and published it as many books. But, when they had been populated gradually, he became to think it was not pleasant. A jealousy came out in his mind. If you were to say it was immature, it would certainly be so. But, in all things, he was synchronized with Lucifer, with regards to this jealousy against Shinji Takahashi, El-Ranty.
He had been gradually tending to hear the word of Lucifer rather than our word of heaven. He had become to think the sweet words tickling his pride smartly were true rather than our severe words scolding him. Even if he is a Ninth Dimension, he could become the one even lower the usual once he lost the severity to himself. This time, we failed to guide Buddha.
Of course, this is concerned with the part of his spirit on the ground. We cannot deny that we haven't had watchfulness on the side of heaven. We are going to analyze fully after Buddha reconsiders and comes back to heaven. But, on the ground, our plan of heaven was being perverted more and more, and we had been to the point where almost no more recovery could be made.
7. Invocation of the Third Plan
In the Ninth Dimension, all had been embarrassed and concerned about how it should be done. No matter what we called him, Buddha of the ground hadn't responded to us.
There was no indication things were going well. Looking over the whole ground, although many of disciples of Buddha were born on the ground, we could find a person who could turn the role of Buddha. Do we have to give up our prayers? All of us had been in a gloomy mood.
There, Michael had been running up to our Ninth Dimension,
"Invocation of the third plan! There is no way other than that. We have to release the seal of the third plan." He spoke out excitedly.
"The Third Plan" is a plan secretly preserved in case when Buddha failed on the ground at the worst. It was a secret plan, which only a few of the people of heaven had known of. We had known well in advance that Lucifer had been rampant and the ground looks unusual like Hell. Even though we thought Buddha could do it. But, at this moment, isn't there really no way to do a last resort?
To the proposal to Michael, not all the Ninth Dimensions have agreed immediately. Manu and Zeus had agreed immediately on that occasion as "No other way could be thought so far." Other Ninth Dimensions were hesitating. Can we really cut off Buddha on the ground? He is one of colleagues. Beside, he is a spirit who has been in charge of this Earth since the earliest.
Amor told us, "I could have given up of him. Let me have a little more time." According to the words, we are to wait a little to watch the situation. But there is no indication things are going to turn in a good direction. Rather, it was getting worse, as it was falling down the slope.
The Third Plan is to continue the rescue plan centering on Amarie who was born in the same year as Buddha.
When she was born to the ground, Morya told her, "In case something happens, I expect you to take charge." She agreed at the time, "Certainly, I will." However, I suppose she hadn't expected such a serious mission would really turn to her. Each of our Ninth Dimensions repeatedly asked her on the ground time after time, but she hasn't agreed so easily.
It would so. Beside, her life of this time involves a theme of repairing her own spirit. She already had been living more than 40 years the life of housewife. "Even if I were young enough to behave more vitally, it might be all right. But why now?" Of course, we understand her very well.
But there is no other choice than leaving everything to her. When she is not available, we have to give up the future of Earth we have dreamed of. But, eventually she had agreed to take charge of this plan, since she might have been impressed by the sincere thought that the Buddha consciousness remained in heaven expressing his regret.
Ill thoughts of humans covered all over the earth, and it weakened Earth Spirit.
If it were the case of the past civilization, the natural disasters would have already happened, couple continents might have sunk, so that ill thoughts should have been cleaned up. Otherwise, the earth consciousness (Earth Spirit) would have been damaged fully.
Actually the situation had come to its worst point. A truly, big movement of Earth's crust was originally scheduled to happen in about 1999. Nostradamus hasn't told a lie.
However, when such a thing happened, this plan would have been failed. So there was nothing for it, but for all of our Ninth Dimensions to ask to the cosmic consciousnesses from Earth Spirit, Sun Spirit, and Galaxy Spirit. "Please wait a little bit more. We would like to ask for the increase of cosmic energy to support the Earth."
And our wish had been heard. An extension of time was given. All of the Ninth Dimensions swore, "We never complain. We shall overcome this life-or-death crisis of Earth by uniting as one." All of the Ninth Dimensions had felt their responsibility.
8. Reassembly of a Law
We Ninth Dimensions had decided to take away the mission of Buddha on this plan for the shift up. And, I had been made to take full responsibility of this plan. After that, a mission was pronounced to Amarie anew.
You might be uncertain why we stressed the mission so much. That is, even though he is a Ninth Dimension spirit, when he is released from the mission, he becomes a usual man. Namely, his life is just for solving his personal task. To fulfill a mission is to necessitate the severity to himself. When he could not do it, he had to be replaced with some others. To bear the mission is to bear the destiny of the whole Earth.
It was quite uncertain how precisely Amarie on the ground could receive the intension of our Ninth Dimension. However, there was no alternative, so we do not have any other choice. Up until then, there had never been a case in which a Ninth Dimension's intention in heaven has been vibrated to a person on the ground who is not a Ninth Dimension. Because he doesn't think such thing can be done. Why we think we want to use her is because there is Manu.
As you know, Manu is a partner spirit of Amarie. He is insisting that he can expand the ability of the communication of Amarie by himself joining her spirit. I know it is possible in theory. But, I haven't tried it actually. Various problems occurred, but she had gradually come to receive our messages clearly.
Truly, at the point when we had found Buddha being unable to continue, Michael had got to say he was going down to the ground. We hadn't stopped it. Because we knew how firmly he had decided.
After that, we discussed about this matter, and also decided to let Selabim be the one to go too Usually, Ninth Dimension goes down after making elaborate plans of life, when a Ninth Dimension is going to be born. This time, we let him go without such preparation, because we couldn't afford the time to consider it. Besides he knows the situation fully, he said, "If someone has to go, it's me." Selabim had gone to the ground.
Even when Michael and Selabim had gone down, of course, they cannot work immediately on the ground. After they experienced a lot as humans, then they became able to bear the load. As a role of being a joint to them, we asked Amarie to recover the distorted law by Buddha to the original form, and hand them to Selabim. In the beginning, I asked her so.
However, we had not considered whether to let her make the assembly of a law by herself. We know she cannot do it. The assembly of a law has to be made by the specialist of this field. It cannot be said anyone can do this. So, we had been looking for the available person among those who had been born to the ground with Buddha.
I had sent a demand to tell me when any body found an available person. Fortunately, there remained several of them. It goes without saying that we let them go to Amarie. The name of the group that our Ninth Dimensions relied on finally was named "Wind of Lemuria" after the Lemuria civilization that Manu and Amarie had been involved in. Since we had learned various things in the First and Second Plans, this time we would not make it a religious organization.
Moreover, we have taken a policy basically not to clarify the past name, in order to avoid the confusion caused by the obsession about the past name.
You might not understand why we put "wind" in the name. That is due the fact that the people from Orion correspond to the wind of the four entities, fire, earth, water, and wind. They are an existence that does not stay in one place, but moves through like a wind. They are presumed to be going back to the mother planet when the contract has been ceased.
9. More to the Law of Cosmos
If you ask whether "Wind of Lemuria" had been going along from the beginning smoothly, it is definitely not the case. Even if the humans on the ground gathered by the effort of the guardian spirits, various troubles can happened. Yes, it could be said more than the continuous troubles. So it should be. Lucifer in Hell admitted that they had won at the point they downed Buddha on the ground.
I know they actually held a victory ceremony in daemonic territory. But he noticed heaven still started a new plan without giving up. So they were coming and trying every possible means to break our plan. It is a Lucifer who possesses genius talent to find out the fault of the people on the ground and strike that point. Though we made them gather, most of them have easily fallen down.
But, do not misunderstand this. Lucifer did not come from the front. As I explained to you many times when I had been on the ground as Shinji Takahashi, it always comes in from the inside as told "Daemon comes in as his own daemon."
It is often the Karma made in the past life, but daemon strikes the weakest part of the person. The importance of self reflection is exactly what Shinji Takahashi had been telling us always. Even when they had been heard so many times by the ears, but it could not be done actually for my disciples facing to the real occasions.
"Wind of Lemuria" was converted to "Lemuria Renaissance" and activated on a full scale. In a couple years, there had been gathered powerful disciples of Buddha.
Amarie could receive messages more than we had expected before. I had been surprised by the situation. I had felt it could be going along without the Ninth Dimension on the ground.
I called Manu and told him "What do you think? Won't you receive the messages from the space angels? Actually, she had been serving as a contactee to the aliens. By some chance, she might be able to receive the messages from higher than the Ninth Dimension as planet consciousness and sun consciousness, or much higher Aum consciousness."
Manu responded confidently, "I think she could. I will do that." Other Ninth Dimensions also got interested, saying, "Such a chance wouldn't come again. While the one who could do this stays on the ground, all shall proceed." Though they got gloomy when Buddha had gone wrong, they were coming to get excited.
Actually, my old friend of Be-Elda gave me a message being pleased to this movement. Aliens who are going to get back to the mother planet once have gathered again as "This might be going well."
We Ninth Dimensions possess the power to estimate the future, compared to the people on the ground.
It could be presumed how things could go hereafter.
We have been convinced this plan would be succeeded except if extraordinary incidents occurred.
10. For the Shift Up
Even when Buddha on the ground could receive our words properly, we hadn't conveyed to him a full view of the shift up plan of this time as yet. To say nothing of a full view, he hadn't known anything about the plan. He told our words, and many of arcanas which the Earth people have not ever known up until then. We clarified most of the laws originally he has to convey. That was conveyed in the earlier books.
But he had modified the contents later. Looking over the scene from heaven, his disciples beginning with Nichiren (in heaven) were really disappointed. Our minimum wish was to let them be back to their original form. I think the wish is being fulfilled gradually.
After that, to convey a full view of the shift up all over the world is the mission of Lemuria Renaissance, though it could not be conveyed by Buddha. We are not saying, "Further proceed them." It is the job of the persons belonging to the red ray who are going down to the ground for that purpose.
People of the world need not know many things for the shift up.
It's simple.
Only the people in the world are aware of "All humans are children of God, and inherently they are spirits that possess eternal lives. And the spirit is coming to this world and going back to that world repeatedly."
In the Age of Aquarius when a spiritual back wind is being blown around, they are going to shift up one after another like dominos toppling, by Earth people noticing that matter.
And the body is going to change to a much more subtle body from the coarse body composed of coarse particles like now.
Finally, Earth itself is making a dimensional shift, a so-called ascension.
Now we have come to that point in which that ascension is coming soon.
There are various kinds of people in the world. Not all of people are intelligent or possessing enough comprehensive faculty. Easy words are enough. Convey the simple divine truth to the people all over the world.
Truly, this book was written for that purpose. We do not want to enforce the message to the people on the ground. We do not specify either. I asked, "I would like you to write this kind of book if possible." We answered to the various questions when asked. There is a freedom of will for the human on the ground. Of course, there is a freedom not to follow our intention. But, they responded to me like this, and this book has been made.
You may not think the contents of this book are true.
Actually, there are many things that have not ever been known up until now and could be regarded as just imaginary.
By reading this, I won't ask you to believe all of these at once. But, please understand. Since we know an age is coming when all of the contents described in this book are to be revealed as truth.
Only, I want you to take notice.
Our Ninth Dimensions have been loving you, the Earth people, since the ancient age.
And we are the ones who shall continue to love you forever.
Only that is to be noticed.
So, we cannot easily throw away a one-in-a-million chance of a shift up of this kind.
11. Time to Purify the Earth
Almost ten years have passed since we all Ninth Dimensions begged the divine spirits beginning with the Earth spirits for the deferment of time.
As you know, this Earth is not just a lump of soil. It is the body of the Earth Spirit.
A prince of Galaxy, Terra has been enduring, but he has been damaged severely. The ill thought accumulated by the Earth people has made such effects.
The supported hands of God have been reaching their limit.
We are going to face the time of the purification of Earth.
In the coming couple years, we may have enormous natural disasters.
But, don't be afraid.
Even if you lost your life in the meantime, the spirit remains eternally. You just come back to our heaven.
Besides, if Earth people take seriously the messages we have conveyed, reconsider their own thoughts, move in the direction of thoughts towards God, and those humans are being increased, the casualty of those disasters would be reduced.
Considering the Earth Spirit, I would like you to appreciate the matters that have been brought up until now, and cooperate to be able to stand up on the next stage together.
What should occur shall occur, and what should come shall come.
But, believe in me.
There shouldn't be any coincidence.
All of the matters happen according to the law of cause and effect.
All of the Earth people shall be going together wishing a brightening future, in order to let Earth become a planet of love.
That is the wish of all the Ninth Dimensions who have been nurturing you.
As an existence being on the ground with a physical body, it is a tough work for its own life to convey a message of the spirits in a heaven. The life energy of each person is determined to a particular amount. So, since ancient days, a medium always has a short life, and for that reason they died young at the age of 20.
There was an occasion I ordered Amarie to go to Hiroshima, which almost exhausted her life energy. There was a matter I dared her to be there.
Around the Atomic Bomb Memorial Dome, there remained many people whose time had been stopped for more than 60 years. They have been remaining there, wandering along with a body being burned down raw, without being noticed where to go.
Just like a state of being bound in a giant bawl preserving the state of that time. We had to break the bawl and rescue the people inside. Unless we do so, it is too pitiful for them who had been sacrificed without noticing anything.
So I had Amarie go there and release them. A giant hole of light came down from heaven to the Dome. We take up many wandering spirits to heaven from there through the hole of light.
When the bomb was dropped, there were spirits who happened to come back to heaven.
However, many of them had to remain there in blank amazement. They could not even imagine what had happened.
This time, the sprits already having gone back to heaven came down to the Dome though the light pole to bring back to heaven the parents and brothers and sisters who had remained and became scattered. At last they could come back to heaven, hand in hand. All heaven had welcomed them with "All your works till now were really appreciated."
Now, we are going to face the time of purification of Earth. The ones who have to leave this world in an instance are not less.
I told her, "For that moment, build poles of light all over Japan", and let her be many places in Japan. Now we could have built many of them in Japan. But it is not limited to Japan. We have to build them all over the world.
Truly, in this plan for worldwide shift up, there were many angels of light who could not be born in Japan, in spite of the fact that they really wanted to do so. They were born to the various countries of the world. They had been waiting for the demand emitted from Japan. As originally planned, it should have been emitted by Buddha long ago, and all of the world should have been connected by the Divine law.
However, no matter how long they waited, nothing came from Japan. So, they got to work individually. Although the earth should have been covered with a single united divine law, all of them began to work individually.
Some of them receive messages from aliens. Some of them are in the flow of spiritual streams. I would like to let them work on the originally planned mission before they leave this world. They were saying, "I want to be born in Japan." But, the one who grouped them together and let them be born to the other countries was me. I do not really have the heart to leave them as they are.
Please convey this book to them, so that he could fulfill their own mission. Once they know of this divine truth, they will build the pole of light. When you have conveyed this divine truth all over the world, we shall build poles of lights everywhere over the world. And then, we shall face the time of the purification.
After the time of the purification of Earth,
all the remaining Earth people shall join in building "a planet of love, Earth."
That is the wish of this El-Ranty.
